Always a "10 minute wait". Im sitting there waiting to pick up for my girlfriend. 45 minutes pass and she calls to clarify. They tell her a "10 minute wait." Not the first time either.

I am relatively new to the area. I have recently moved in with my two disabled brothers, one of which is a disabled veteran. We all rely on the save on pharmacy in Albertsons due to its close proximity to our own home.
This has proven to be the only real convenience in the last six months of dealing with this pharmacy. Approximately 60% of the time the time the medicine is not ready. However, these instances are often paired with dreadful customer service and insinuations of fault laying upon me, my brothers, and or my doctor.
Due to my medical conditions, I need my medication when it is prescribed; or I experience severe side effects and painful withdrawals.
Outside of their delaying of my medications I am forced to tolerate their horrible customer service and inappropriate comments and insulting monikers aimed at my disabled veteran brother even as they are fully aware of his condition and service. I choose not to comment to avoid confrontation and further delay of my medications. As of last prescription, I attempted to fill at this pharmacy; I was told to return in forty minutes and my prescription would be ready. Upon returning forty minutes later I was informed that they were currently out of my medication and had sent my prescription back to the doctors office. I then had to return to my doctor who resent the Rx to a different pharmacy thus costing me nearly a whole day of painful withdrawals and very unnecessary return visits.
Considering these events, I will be seeking a new pharmacy for my medical needs. However, I feel it is important to mention not all pharmacy staff has been impolite, difficult and inefficient. The pharmacists themselves and a gentleman named Karl have always been professional, pleasant, and helpful. Most if not all hostility comes from the other pharmacy techs.
I felt driven to bring this to the attention of other consumers to hopefully spare others from this sort of mistreatment.
I needed to make my voice heard, but not being computer savy, I borrowed my brother's account to deliver this message.

Used to be good 2 years ago but have consistently dropped the ball on several prescription and refills. Over the last 3 months. They actually lied regarding a shipped prescription saying it was mailed on Aug 20th. When I asked for a tracking number they came cleane on September 3rd. Received the package on September 17. That was one of many incidents.
