- MCMichael CrosonFeb 5, 20265.0Efficient office staff, my wait time varies from "come right in" to just a few minutes. And I've trusted Dr. Brooke to help me manage my sun-damaged skin for several years.
- KOKay OhSep 21, 20255.0I have been to IFD and [alternative dermatology office]. At IFD, I see the doctor. At [alt. derm. office], I see a PA. Both were kind to me, but Dr. Brooke at IFD seemed more invested in my visit. He -felt- my skin, took a picture for my patient record, offered wisdom about treatment options going forward. At [alt. derm. office], the PA only -looked- at my skin then suggested a shot. Where Dr. Brooke moved my hair around to check my scalp, I had to move my hair to show my scalp to the PA. PA did not feel for anything nor try to search for anything himself. That visit felt underwhelming and wasteful of my time. I appreciate seeing a doctor directly. Years of wisdom, experiences, growth are what any patient wants when they go for health checks. When complimented, Dr. Brooke said something humble. 'Good choices now are made by learning from previous bad choices.' He is not arrogant. His medical knowledge is what I care about, because that is why I visit his office. Not for banking, interior design, fashion, vet help... I have friends from hospitals whom I know go to him because they acknowledge he is legitimate- even if 'unconventional' to newer/younger medical personnel processes. As for the reviews of the 'clutter'...I don't care what someone has around their office, so long as the staff are capable. I cannot guess the importance of the paper stacks and 'medical-looking' items, so I cannot complain about them being here or there when I visit. I just know I am taken care of when I go. Thank you, Dr. Brooke!
- SJSherri JonesDec 20, 20165.0I have been going to Dr brook for over a year and I have never had a bad experience I was extremely nervous at one appointment when I had to have a tiny procedure but the surgury went really good and my scar to date looks great no major issues with it at all.
