  I’ve been to this GNC a few times. There’s a kid that has worked there for a few years. He’s alway rude, always has a reason he can’t do something. Either it’s laziness or a lack of knowledge but very rude. I had my son as an alternate order for an online pick up and he told him no because it had energy drinks and my son was 17. ( you can buy them out of a vending machine) I’m certain a grocery store allows it. In November it was advertised to veterans for a military discount. He told me no because it’s only Veterans Day. I showed him the ad and he said. “That’s not corrrect” when I’ve asked for the manager he says he’s it. I don’t believe it. No way he’s been there this long with this reputation and they’ve promoted this guy. I bought a case of protein drinks, on walking out I notice it was about to expire and grabbed a different case. He told me I couldnt do it, when I said it has the same UPC he replied “ it throws off the inventory” I returned it. He won’t let me use coupons mailed to me. I go to the mall store, they are friendly, know what promotions are happening, and if they don’t know, they ask. They scan the coupon…. And it works. Haha GNC guy will go out of I’m his way to make sure you don’t use a coupon. I either go to the mall store or shop out of town GNCs to no longer support this GNC. My clients and athletes have mentioned the “rude employee” (lack of appropriate actually nickname) I’m sure the owner owns the mall location but their employees deserve the numbers. Salt lake and Boise gets my business to avoid “the rude” employee near Sam’s Club GNC As a pro member. Order it online. It’s not worth the discount to pick up at this store.

  I've been in on multiple occasions and have always received a disingenuous, bad attitude from the kid working there. Today, when asking about the difference between two protein powders, his response was "cuz they're different". I addressed my dissatisfaction with the service, but it was defended. When he addressed himself as the "GM", to say I was shocked is an understatement.
