  I have been going to Fit Fast for Health in Idaho Falls for a little over 4 months. I have lost 24 lb and gone from size 16 pants to size 10. I love the kindness and encouragement of the staff. I am so happy I made the decision to join. You have changed my whole lookout on life!

  After studying the benefits that come from red light therapy for pain management and inflammation, I sought out this treatment. I was very pleased with my results! Although I went in for different reasons, I was very happy with the weight loss that came with each treatment also. I would highly recommend this treatment!
