I attended the free class before signing up & was pleased with the staff and the facilty. Maci at the front desk is sweet as pie & our instructor, Camille, was very good at giving understandble instruction while still providing details in the ways each movement is providing benefit to certain muscle groups, etc. The space was clean, calming, and welcoming. Looking forward to my new membership.

I attend 3 classes a week with 3 different instructors and love them all. Forst exercise program I have ever been s ble to stivk with because I love how it makes me feel.
