- KBKatlynn BettfreundFeb 26, 20261.0I called and the Gentleman that answered my call was acting very rude and I had to explain to him how to do his job because he kept saying that he didn’t think the medication would be covered and I told him that it needed a prior authorization from the doctor and he would not listen until I got rude back and then I had to call my doctor to make sure that he even sent the paperwork and basically do his job. I am not happy about the way I was treated.
