I have been using save on for a few years now and have had a good experience until I went to pickup my daughters prescription today. I gave the lady my daughters name and i started to say what I was picking up but then she completely cuts me off and says what’s her DOB. I was shocked by how rude she came across. I didn’t say anything else to her after that and once she hands me my prescription I start to walk away and she says your welcome in a snippy attitude. I’m not sure what her problem was with me but I’m not sure this is the place I should be picking up my prescriptions anymore!
