Made my mother was told to wait 20 minutes and they would text her when her prescription is ready… she waited 30 minutes then went to follow up and they said they weren’t sure her status… Then someone looks and says hey wait we actually don’t have that prescription at all

I don’t know what is going on in the store, but
the employees, especially the cashiers, have really become unfriendly. I always shop at this store and everyone used to be quite nice. The last five or six times I have been in, the cashiers do not even say anything to you other than “here’s your receipt.“ They need to learn how to be customer focused again.

Dropped off my prescription, pharmacy tech said it would be ready in 30 minutes. I asked if I needed to wait (I saw a outdoor hut of people huddled in the cold with restaurant buzzers waiting) and he said no. Just come back after 30 minutes and it will be waiting for you. Fastforward 2 hours, I come back and they hand me a buzzer and tell me it will be a 30 minute wait for them to hand me the filled prescription. Save yourself some time and frustration, switch to customedica down the road. Way better. Savon is a complete joke.

The new pharmacy set up has customers, many of whom are elderly standing in lines outside in the cold weather in the parking lot. It’s very poor customer service.

Edit: with the new pharmacist and staff, this pharmacy is doing a wonderful job.
Friendly and professional, prescriptions are timely and accurate, Thank you Albertsons for giving this pharmacy the necessary attention!
This prior review was before covid broke out:
6-10 months ago there was management or some type of change in this pharmacy. It's been catastrophic. It's always been a busy vaccine Pharmacy, but managed efficiently & staff were friendly.
Ever since the change, the new staff aren't friendly. They're rude and condescending. It's unprofessional for medical personnel.
The app shows Rx filled when it isn't which leads one to wonder about insurance fraud. Messages left on voicemail are not returned & I'm currently 1.5 months without meds due to dereliction of management.
Unfortunately during all of this my brother passed away and I've been out of state attending to his arrangements, otherwise I would've left this pharmacy before now.
The grocery manager is awesome. Just steer clear of the pharmacy!!
