  I could not be any more grateful for this team! From the front desk to the assistants to the doctor himself- I feel incredibly taken care of here I can't tell you how many dentist and dental surgeons I vetted until I was referred to Eagle River Hearing so many horror stories about dental implants And all the things that can go wrong… My nerves were skyrocketing… The second I walked into this office and was greeted by the sweet Receptionists, adorable coffee bar and even my kiddo felt comfortable and happy here with there giant toy chest! I've been here a few times between my consultation for my implants, Cleaning and exams, The surgery itself and a follow up to make sure everything is in place! Well worth the price and actually very comparable with the going rate for the implant procedure. Sidenote… They are so personable that the backing of my earring fell out and they searched high and low for it… Even the doctor did! I'm just so amazed by their personal touch, professionalism and how kind they are! If I could give them 10 stars out of five I would!

  Check your explanation of benefits closely. My insurance was billed for X-rays I did not receive and despite contacting the office several times a corrected claim was not submitted correctly to my insurance. This impacts the coverage I have remaining in my plan and the office was paid for services not performed. Also, one of their hygienists is extremely pushy about services “covered” by insurance. Even if a benefit is covered, there is still a patient responsibility and “no thank you” should be respected. Very disappointed in this practice.

  Dr. Baird is hands down the best, kindest, MOST CARING dentist I have ever seen. I had a tooth extracted, instead of a crown because money is tight. He never pushed me into something more expensive, and was so understanding. I was extremely anxious, and he made me feel so comfortable, and his assistant Nichole was also the best. I won’t go anywhere else.

  Dr. Baird and the staff at Eagle River Smiles are all very friendly and professional. I recently started having my routine cleanings done at this office and was impressed with how gentle and knowledgeable the hygiene staff were. I would highly recommend this office for anyone who is in need of dental work!
