The staff here will look you in the eye & tell you they don't have anything for you, even though you know they do--as in I work for a doctor, was sitting across from the doctor when the rx was called in 4 hours ago... Rude, unfriendly & not what you need when you just need to go home & feel miserable in peace. Don't go here, there are so many pharmacies that actually want your business.
Added... Although I appreciate the "owner response" this falls flat. Leaving my contact info through a "contact us" implies my doctor's office hadn't already reached out to them as I was waiting for them to fill out the rx they FINALLY FOUND. You might think it was rushed at that point... nope, molasses in winter moves faster & is sweeter than that man behind the counter. If you, OWNER, want to make this right... take a hard look at your "front line" of contact -- at the counter help & the black hole of a phone message bin that goes unchecked for hours when no one answers your phone in person... realize your business exists to serve clients that are already miserable. Your reply was pathetic--now that I am starting to feel better it seems to imply it is somehow something I didn't do right or my job to fix you... nope. You've lost my family's business permanently this time... sorry, my review did make this seem like a first time experience instead of the pattern it had become.

Made my mother was told to wait 20 minutes and they would text her when her prescription is ready… she waited 30 minutes then went to follow up and they said they weren’t sure her status… Then someone looks and says hey wait we actually don’t have that prescription at all

I don’t know what is going on in the store, but
the employees, especially the cashiers, have really become unfriendly. I always shop at this store and everyone used to be quite nice. The last five or six times I have been in, the cashiers do not even say anything to you other than “here’s your receipt.“ They need to learn how to be customer focused again.

Why is reviewing my Medicare plan every year important?
Reviewing your Medicare plan every year is important because Medicare Advantage (Part C) and Medicare Prescription Drug Plans (Part D) can change annually. These changes may affect your coverage, out-of-pocket costs, and provider network. By reviewing your plan during the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period, you can ensure it still meets your healthcare needs and budget—and switch plans if necessary.
