  I had my wisdom teeth removed here in November, and unfortunately my experience after the procedure has been extremely frustrating. Before surgery, I was required to pay my full balance upfront and was told they would bill my insurance afterward. However, that never happened. Apparently there were issues with my insurance that their office “couldn’t figure out,” yet no one ever reached out to me directly to explain the problem or work with me to resolve it. Over the last 3–4 months, I have called multiple times and asked several questions, trying to get answers. The only response I have consistently received is that the billing department is “out for the week.” It feels very convenient that no matter what day or time I call, billing is never available. What makes this even more frustrating is that during my initial consultation, they were very available and prepared when it came to discussing costs and collecting payment. Another thing that left a bad impression on me was that the doctor personally called me just a day or two after surgery asking me to leave a very positive review. At the time, I thought that was a little strange, especially while I was still recovering. Looking back, I understand why—they seem eager to secure positive reviews before any billing or communication issues come up. While the surgical portion itself may have gone fine, the lack of follow-through, poor communication, and complete absence of billing support has made this a very negative experience overall.

  Lakeside is the absolute best place I could have come for getting my wisdom teeth removed! The lakeside staff was very accommodating and even offered to remove my sisters wisdom teeth the same day as me out of convenience for my mom (our driver). The entire staff especially Laura and MeagAnn went above and beyond to make sure I understood the process and felt calm going into surgery! As for Doctor Haynie he must be a magician, because I had a very painless recovery with little to no swelling and bruising! Dr. Haynie kept things lighthearted but informative and never once did I question his ability. My surgery went so smooth and quick I didn’t even realize it was over till I was in the car on my way home! I would recommend lakeside to my own family, friends, and anyone requiring oral surgery! Thank you lakeside❤️

  From the time Laura took me back to get prepped until Kimber got me to my vehicle, I felt confident I was in good hands. MeagAnn did a great job assisting Dr Haynie and keeping me calm during procedure. Dr Haynie calmly performed smooth extractions in a skillful and routine way that had me finished in a short time. It was a positive experience and I feel relieved to have those problem teeth removed. I highly recommend Lakeside Dental. Ralph Fulp, Priest River

  Over the last few weeks, I have had several appointments at Lakeside in anticipation of a molar removal that happened today. From my first interaction to my last today, I was treated with kindness, compassion, and respect from every team member. The atmosphere was always positive and they all took the time to get to know me and my wife and were genuinely interested in my journey. Look, getting a tooth pulled isn’t the way you want to start your morning. However, my fears this morning were erased by the positivity and confidence they all surrounded me with. In particular, Dr Haynie took the time to explain every possible option and walked into the room this morning with a smile and told me everything was going to be alright. I’m home now and recovering nicely under my wife’s excellent care and love. Thank you again to the Lakeside staff, (all the girls) and to Dr Haynie for helping me through this difficult time.   I had a great experience here! The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. It was my first time having surgery done and i was bawling a river but MeagAnn really helped comfort me and calmed me down before my surgery. Everything was well organized and MeagAnn/ Laura took the time to answer the million questions I had. The service was efficient and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and a positive experience. Oh and anyone doing IV sedation! I was in and OUT.
