- JMJohn murrayNov 14, 20245.0I went to Miracle Ear in Sandpoint because of a flyer that promoted a discount. My hearing test turned out much worse than I expected. Steve explained the results of the test very well, and how it could affect my cognitive thought, as well as my quality of life. He is very knowledgeable. But the price of the hearing aids were just too much. He left us with this advice: "Really if you think this is too much, please just get some kind of hearing aid," and he explained why. To make a long story short, and after trying my brother's miracle hearing aide, I went ahead and purchased the hearing aids in AZ for much more money. The fitting pieces were to large which caused one to fall out and be lost. I should not have had to pay for a replacement. Another was ordered for a thousand dollars which when finally arrived was defective. (wrong number put in and had to call several times) I wish we had just purchased the aids in Sandpoint. Steve's follow up care is terrific. He was able to fit the hearing aids correctly so that they did not fall out of my ears. He also showed me how to clean and care for them. We have nothing but respect for Steve's knowledge and customer care and would reccomend him to anyone in need of his services.
