They got me in the same day, and were so very friendly throughout the entire ordeal. I had a few problems with my insurance (surprise, surprise), and the manager helped me take care of it and was very kind. They helped me get what I needed and did what they could to ensure I was comfortable and could afford it. I have never had such a positive experience with a dentist office (and I'm 52 years old). I live in a different state, but if I lived here in Idaho, I would choose no other place for dental work. Very clean office. Very kind, professional, and friendly staff. I definitely recommend Kootenai Dental Group.
