Extremely poor communication. Calls go unanswered, and when someone does pick up, the behavior is unprofessional, including cursing. Medication refills are consistently delayed, which is unacceptable. I thought Walgreens was bad but seems to be a common issue for both places.

I have been trying to get an rx filled here for 5 days. Staff has no sense of urgency. When I called a few days ago the woman answering the phone wouldn't even look me up to verify my information. Will not be using them again

This seems to be an overwhelmed pharmacy that does not fill prescriptions in a timely manner and always has long lines. Three trips was common to inquire about prescription. Pharmacist is overworked and as a result not helpful. Will change immediately.
