My dad had a random GI bleed over Christmas/new years and was unable to care for himself at home after being discharged. My dad was very ANTI help/care. But my siblings and I still had to get back to our day to day lives. He was discharged suddenly one day and I reached out to Jayme who helped me set up a time the next day to do a consult and got everything set up so quickly for me that my stress went away knowing someone would be there and remind him about his meds. The staff was great, kept loads of notes, and even ran and did some shopping for him. We are incredibly thankful for them and I recommend them to everyone.
