I would give CDA Stretch Lab 10 Stars if I could. I have been stretching weekly for a year and a half. The amount of relief I experienced is incredible. I am gaining so much strength and flexibility. I have been able to stop taking ibuprofen completely. The team of flexologist are beyond amazing. So kind and welcoming. Always willing to listen, and are so genuine. The energy inside is light and welcoming. I feel like I have been given back my life. I am eternally grateful.

I had a fantastic experience at StretchLab. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and attentive — especially important for someone like me who came in with multiple injuries and needed extra care and expertise.
They took the time to understand my limitations, worked within them safely, and helped me rebuild mobility and confidence in my body. StretchLab truly became a critical stepping stone in my recovery and fitness journey.
Because of the work I did here, I was finally ready to transition to a personal trainer and start working out again — something I honestly wouldn’t have been prepared for without them. Their guidance helped set the foundation for strength, movement, and injury awareness. 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
If you’re dealing with injuries, stiffness, or feeling unsure about jumping back into fitness, I can’t recommend StretchLab enough. They meet you where you are and help you move forward safely and confidently.
Thank you Cole, Eddie and Jeremiah 💙💙💙
