As a person who is from the UK and lived in Canada and now the states, I have a lot to base for comparison and don't just accept exorbitant treatment plans without several opinions first. I had to wait ages in a room for a treatment plan but then finally had to leave and just wanted it emailed to me, I had already heard it was going to be a lot ! (Suggestions of at least 5 crowns!!) - well my other consults involved one crown and then another dentist said no crowns. So yeh... definitely shop around ! Dentists can just bill so much to insurance that probably a lot is unnecessary and hard to find someone with a more conservative approach. I hate to think of how much this 'treatment plan' was going to be. The staff seemed nice enough but I wouldn't trust them to go back with any care. Just do your research is what I'll say !

Dr Hoover was friendly & professional & was able to build & install a crown this morning. It fits really well & compared to what I am used to the diagnostic equipment is impressive. I was very comfortable & it was a pain free experience. I love the new age of dentistry because for me this was a spa day.
