Where do I begin? My son was diagnosed with Glioblastoma in December of 2025. Dr Bartels told me “I’ll be his quarterback”, and he definitely was. They took him in and loved and cared for him like he was their own family. Where do you find that sort of compassion now a days? BEACON! We felt with Beacon we gave my son the best care and treatment, and hope. Grateful doesn’t begin to describe our feelings for the Beacon Team. We thank God everyday that we were on this journey with them.

Wish I could rate this zero stars. I wanted this to be a good fit but I never heard back from a scheduler for an appointment after 6 calls in 2 months. The wheels definitely fell off and a terrible patient experience.

Definitely the best doctor's office I've ever been to. Usually you get an awesome staff but a so-so doc or vice versa. Dr Denning actually seems to really care, and the entire staff was simply awesome!

I can't get in to see a rheumatologist without a diagnosis and referral from another physician. The last time I had any rheumatology diagnosis was 30 years ago and I suspect it might not have been accurate, but maybe it was and who knows if they even have those records anymore, it was 30 years ago! The point of going to a rheumatologist is to get an accurate diagnosis and correct treatment. I don't think it's a great idea for a doctor whose job it is to figure out what's going on and then treat, it to trust an outside diagnosis sight unseen and refuse to accept a new patient without an existing diagnosis. The idea is to figure it out and then treat it. I got stonewalled by the scheduling person because of this circular reasoning. I don't think I can trust a doctor who isn't willing to do his own work rather than rely on 30 year old information. The only questions that need to be answered are: Do your joints hurt? (yes) Does it affect your life negatively? (yes) How long has this been going on? (30-plus years) How do you intend to pay the doctor? (I have a medical plan you accept and money for the copay.) Instead, I need an existing diagnosis to be seen. If I had that, I wouldn't NEED to see their rheumatologist, would I? I'll seek help elsewhere. Thanks for nothing.

Everyone in the office was friendly and so knowledgeable-Dr Danko took time to explain everything and put us at ease. His NP is also very knowledgeable-it was a great experience overall (except for why we were sent there originally). I would highly recommend this office
