  This place is hit or miss whether you get good service or not. The eye doctor is friendly and seems to be good at what he does. The issue starts after you are done with the doctor and are back upfront dealing with the "eye care specialists." One visit they were all great and helpful and took the time to help my find the frame that liked best on me and the next visit was horrible... no one acknowledged me waking in, no one offered any help, one of them even made eye contact with me and then walked away without a single word. The second visit i finally got my replacement glasses and left ready to find a new eye doctor. Its been a couple years now and my husband needs new glasses really so I decided to give them another chance. We have different vision insurance so I decided to call them and confirm they take my insurance and if they do then I wanted to get an out of pocket quote because like everyone money is tight in our household. The first person I talked to confirmed they accept my insurance and said she was gonna put me on hold while she got the quote for me. I was on hold for atleast 10 min when suddenly a guy was now talking to me. I told him what I was waiting for and he asked for my contact info saying he would call me back before closing. Well 2-3 weeks went by and I realized i never got called by them so I once again called them and I told the girl that answered what I was needing and she key me know she was currently the only one there and she was currently helping someone. She took my info down and what i wanted and said she would call me as soon as she was done helping the ones she was belive when I called. It was early afternoon and surprise I never got a call from them yet again. Its not hard to have good customer service and if you tell someone that you're going to do something like call them back then make sure you so it especially when they need something they need it right now and expect you to drop everything without question. Im willing to try one more time because I like their selection of frames but if they can't manage to get me a quote which can't be that complicated to generate then im finding a new place I guess.   Everyone was so kind and helpful. I also got my glasses the same day. Getting them the same day depends on what you order though!

  This place is great. Super fast service, got both pair of glasses in less than an hour. Everyone here it’s so nice, and eager to help you. I especially like the doctor. He took his time with my appointment. I didn’t feel like I was being rushed in and out. He took the time to explain everything to me. This is my third visit there, And I’m sure I will have many more. I highly recommend you trying this place

  I want to congratulate Frankie at Eyemart Express Chubbuck for making me two pairs of progressive glasses that work fantastically well. Frankie is very knowledgeable about optics, taking accurate measurements, very helpful and vivacious personality making my visit pleasurable and easy. I received both pairs of glasses as promised in a timely manner. The savings made the two pairs affordable. Frankie made my experience buying glasses enjoyable and I know in the future I will always come back for her great service. She anticipates my needs and invited me to come back for adjustments or any other services they provide. I look forward to future business with her and the company and I will highly recommend to all my friends. I was in the optical business for twenty-five + years and know great people and service when I see it. 5 stars ++. Thanks again Stephen Arnold

  Super Fast & such great Customer Service! Glasses were done same day for me & a week max on my other pair! Rory L. Helped my brother & I with our glasses and got it done no prob! Friendly service and a wide selection for your next pair! HIGH RECOMMEND!! 💯
