- BJBayley Johnson4 days ago1.0If I could give zero stars, I would. Smith’s Pharmacy is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. The staff is extremely rude and very unprofessional. Customer service is clearly not a priority here. I highly recommend taking your prescriptions somewhere else—The Pharmacy on Hiland has been a much better experience.

How can that be everyone is switching over to highland pharmacy. Losing customer's because of your service. Not the first time they didn't have it ready the last year you have gotten bad. I would of not even given 1 star. Still don't have my stuff. Should get your self together.

Always professional and friendly service. People giving them bad marks for the "slow drive-thru service" are being petty. What slows down the drive-thru line is unprepared people and people with "problems" who should have gotten the f' out of their car and gone inside.
