    I would like to rank Elicia's facility higher but the stars are maxed out! I've been having issues with my hearing aids for months and even stopped using them. On a whim, I took them with me while on vacation to visit relatives in the area. We made an appointment for both my wife and I to get them cleaned. I also mentioned about having trouble when wearing them regarding sound, etc. Elicia had be take a seat and she brought up all my information in the system and I'm from Texas. It took her maybe 20 minutes or so to reset everything and asked me to return if they didn't seem just right. I wore them for about a day but did need to return for a minor adjustment but oh what a difference visiting Elicia Turner and her facility. Sorry, that I cannot recall of the lady at the front desk but she was very helpful as well. So now, in 6 months I just may consider traveling back to do a hearing test and anything else that is needed. Thank you again Elicia!!

    Elicia is awesome and so friendly! Very knowledgeable in hearing aid techniques and technology and very apparent that she cares about her patients. Treated my profoundly deaf dad so very kind we love her and Lindsey at the front desk! Highly recommend
