- CDChar DickinsonMar 12, 20263.0The hearing test portion was fine, but when I called and spoke with the receptionist for an answer on whether insurance approved or not. She could not explain to me in layman's terms what the situation was. I told her multiple times I did not understand her and she would repeat the same thing. She said I was approved by insurance to get hearing aides, but than said I haven't met my deductible. I said ok so I wasn't approved, she said yes you were. Than she told me I could cancel the claim for some reason and pay out of pocket for the hearing aids. Uh 13,000 + is what she told me. But don't worry you can finance. I told her she was not being clear. So when I would ask other questions she would say yes and no.. I don't need insurance approval to get insurance if their not going to pay for it. I asked her if I had to go to the dr and spend another 500.00 she said no. I am even more confused than I was before I called, and It was like pulling teeth to actually get information out of her that someone who doesn't deal with this stuff to understand, that is telling them clearly they don't understand....

I know he said he’s not a doctor but I don’t know what to call him. He put demo hearing aids in my ears and it was like the world opened up to me again. Definitely recommend this place and this guy!
