Yoga has allowed me patience to develop movements-manipulations of my body in so many ways, that I feel repair when I complete a session. Truly amazing to feel pleasant sensations in areas of the body you didn’t think you would. To add, yoga has encouraged improved breathing patterns that feel like freedom. My belief is this would not be possible without the care, kindness and spiritual nature of the Yoga 6 instructors. NAMASTE

They offer fair prices for a boutique studio, HOT yoga classes (my favorite), as well as hot pilates and hot bootcamp/sculpt. They also have super cute Vuori clothing and Manduka mat & towels for sale in the studio, which is a major plus!! I also love the fact that this studio has an outdoor balcony to rest and relax after a hot class :)
