- EOEmily OquistFeb 27, 20265.0I started going almost exactly a month ago and going to these classes has already done so much for me. Not only do I feel physically stronger, but my mental health has improved exponentially! The environment is very supportive and the instructors are so willing to help. I have asked so many questions about how to personalize the workout for my current physical abilities, and the whole team has been so helpful and kind. I'm also so thankful at how reasonable the cost is for what you are getting, especially in comparison to other workout classes/gyms in the area. To put things into perspective, I started with the "8 classes/month" package, then upgraded to unlimited within 2 weeks because I loved it so much. It is important to note that Barre is DECEIVINGLY difficult. The first class may be harder than you think, but it will get a little bit easier every time you go. Thank you to the Pure Barre Boise team, you guys are amazing!

In addition to the physical benefits, my mental health has improved and I’ve made amazing friends. Even after all the years attending classes, I am still challenged and I feel accomplished after every class. If you’re even curious about taking Pure Barre, I cannot recommend the studio enough. One class and you’ll be hooked!
