Other than being a little on the slow side ( not always their fault as many people tie up their time because they think everything revolves around them as most do in this state), the staff was friendly and accommodating. I switched to this pharmacy and now pay almost half what Albertsons and Walgreens wants for the same stuff.

whenever I go into the Fred Meyer Pharmacy, they never my prescription ready. My Dr. called in a prescription this morning at 9:15 am, I came in to pick it up at 8:30 pm and it is not ready. Now I have sit here and wait for how-ever long, as I need it for a procedure tomorrow. This has been an on~going problem.

At 1:00 this afternoon I scheduled my prescriptions to be picked up at 4:00pm. At 5:30pm I was told they weren’t ready because “they were just received”. I provided the pharmacy tech proof that they were scheduled and they had not just received them. I was told it would be another 40 minutes for 3 prescription. What a joke.

Beyond Useless - everyone on staff is rude and always on attack mode. You can't ask a question and receive any helpful information. Some of the jewels I've heard during pharmacist consults are "I don't know what medications you take" (how about you look to the screen in front of you?) "Well, all medications have potential for side-effects" (you don't say?!) Pharmacy Techs are even more useless and I can guarantee you that your new prescriptions won't be ready for pick-up even if you get a text message saying they are. I've waited up to an hour arriving at the store for them to finish getting them ready only to find out they had lost a prescription and had to wait another half-hour. The most irritating part was being told this by a very angry person who couldn't be bothered to empathize with my situation or apologize for the mess up. Talk to her manager and all he does is defend his employee instead of dropping even an ounce of empathy. So if the horrible customer service doesn't scare you, beware of their "automatic-refills" their employees will submit claims to your insurance and give you refills you have already told them you don't need and told them the doctor has discontinued. This practice is dangerous potentially giving you the wrong strength on your last refill. They should only keep auto-refill on the last script of any given medication, not all of them.

Came to pick up my prescriptions for a life long medical condition I was just diagnosed with. Upon getting to the counter, the guy who was supposed to review instructions walked up and loudly proclaimed my diagnosis within earshot of just about everyone. I was completely embarrassed. He then proceeded to give me anecdotal instructions that contradicted what my provider had literally told me moments before. I'd already decided to change pharmacies before he was done talking.
