She will not answer the question. She withholds your information that you have a right to. Epic fail guys. But judging by other reviews, no one at this location is a fan of their job or likes to help people. They'll just hire anyone.

The tall, male tech with red hair could not have been any ruder. It was like I was interrupting HIS JOB to ask for prescriptions. Gosh, if you hate your job so much that it affects your customer service, maybe it’s time to find a new line of work. Really terrible experience with him & I hope he doesn’t treat the loved ones in his life the same way.

The staff at this Fred Meyer have always been very friendly and helpful. Adam has been great as he continues to study current medical and pharmaceutical information and studies, especially with current controversies on vaccines such as Covid. I appreciate and trust his knowledge and recommendations as well as his light touch on the vaccinations. Happy to stay with this pharmacy.
