Pilates is the first thing that I can say I love! Club Pilates has a fun atmosphere and great instructors. I will be working out here for a long time to come.

They have been unwelcoming, rude, and territorial. I only come here when I’m in town to visit my parents and it’s hard to get into classes as well, which is a good problem for club Pilates, but frustrating for practitioners.

Now in my late 50s, I’ve spent decades trying different exercise programs only to eventually get bored or burned out. Pilates at Club Pilates has been the first thing I’ve stuck with long term. The classes continue to challenge me, keep me engaged, and make me genuinely excited to go. Even more importantly, it’s a practice I know I can sustain for years to come and one that supports strength, mobility, and overall health as I get older. I also adore the instructors. Many of them have been teaching here since the studio first opened, which says a lot about the culture and leadership of the business. Their expertise, encouragement, and consistency make every class feel welcoming and motivating. I highly recommend reformer Pilates as a fitness practice, and the Club Pilates Bown Crossing studio truly stands out for the quality of its instructors, the variety of classes, and the flexibility of its schedule. It’s been one of the best investments I’ve made in my health.
