I’m currently 26 weeks pregnant and she went above and beyond to offer thoughtful modifications for core work so I still got a great workout but didn't have to be on my back. Barre3 instructors are stellar at giving options so you can do what serves your body, but Bella was especially attentive and supportive. I've loved Barre3 both before and during my pregnancy — the workouts, the music, and the overall vibe are just fantastic. The owner is wonderful and the instructors are consistently amazing. I feel very lucky to have found this community!

My favorite is the overall motto: let's move together. It's less about how many reps you can do and more about listening to your body and doing what feels right for you. "Progress over perfection". They make working out fun!
