When I arrived, I was told that they were so short staffed and could not do it, and I would have to reschedule. I said ok, and started discussing other times to come back. One of the techs, I believe it was Connor, decided to stay past his shift to help me out. It's a rough time for all of them, and I really appreciated the extra effort!
