The Albertsons Pharmacy staff have been consistently apathetic over the past 10 years that I've lived in this neighborhood. I choose mail-order options as often as possible just so that I don't have to interact with the folks who are hired to work at this location. Please consider hiring people who are capable of basic customer service.

Switching to this pharmacy was the worst mistake I've ever made. They went out of their way to find the most expensive Concerta generic they could possibly find, blaming it on the shortage of ADHD medication, like I can't go to the FDA website and see there are other suppliers they're simply choosing not to use. I can see at least half a dozen other suppliers for the Concerta I take. This generic is more expensive than the name brand medication! And they chose to slip it to me anyway without confirming the price or asking if I wanted a different one, which is standard practice in the industry whenever this happens. I paid $158 for 28 pills when my first Rx with them was $7. They did this on purpose. And it has resulted in me struggling to switch pharmacies again for the entire month of December because absolutely no one anywhere is in office right now, and the ones who are can't be bothered to do their jobs. All because of you, Albertsons. I hope all of the stress and aggravation you've caused me comes back on you tenfold. I hope your pillow is never cool, your toast is always burnt, and your soda is always flat. Have the day you deserve.

Worst pharmacy ever which is sad because it used to be good. Everytime I call (because my prescription can't just be requested online) the line just keeps ringing. You have to call back multiple times. Once you do get someone they mumble something really quick and all you can make out is "hold". While waiting (usually times are 5 to 10 minutes), you usually get hung up on. Call back to repeat process. Just had my prescriptions transferred. Never again.

If I could do 0 stars I would. I moved to Boise in march. Have been going here for the last 7 months… Constant multiple hour waits. They don’t EVER fill prescriptions on their own, unless you call and urge them to. The male Indian tech (sorry for description but I don’t know their name) speaks to you like a dog, “Birthdate?” “Next.” “Hold” etc… I’ve had multiple mix ups with my medication. And worst of all I’ve shown up more then once after when they told me to (which was already unacceptably long) only to have to wait more post-arrival. I’ve mentioned the insane wait times and their reasoning is the location and business… I’ve used pharmacies in the heart of way bigger cities that are much more busy and never had to deal with anything close to this. I’ve been lazy as they’re the closest pharmacy to me but after the male tech just spoke to me AGAIN, and the fact he said 3-4 hour wait AGAIN which would put my pick up at 7pm when it was sent in at 11am… I am finally moving on from this God forsaken pharmacy.
