I appreciate all of the staff at this pharmacy so much. They are always helpful and kind. Today I was in a bind with my son's glucose sensors being on backorder and they helped me get some half price and they were in stock. Thanks for all you do!

Never go here.they are always out of everything and get mad at you if they actually have to do some work in getting authorizations for prescriptions. The younger lead pharmacist lady completely lied to me by saying that i couldnt pay cash for a prescription because it HAS TO go through my insurance. Which makes absolutely no sense. She should be fired.

I’ve been filling prescriptions here for three years. They are consistently communicative, cheerful, competent and friendly. They will call around to fill a prescription they don’t have in store. Minimum-pain shots. Pick up some fried chicken on the way out (after 11a.m).

Use this pharmacy all the time, but their employees are poorly informed on the difference between “law” and “business practice.” I take something that insurance never approves. Yet every other time I have it filled it’s not ready because they try to run it via insurance instead of GoodRX card. Paraphrasing I was told most recently, “we’ll do you a favor and fill it this time since filling it without insurance is against the law.” LOL - not against the law - I have the prescription, and insurance has previously declined to cover it. It’s just not your SOP, since it likely costs Save-On more. Take another that medicine is an injection from a vial and last time they gave the equivalent amount in a dozen tiny vials. When I asked about the difference guys response was it’s illegal to give the single vial. The guy was literally the same person who gave me the SINGLE vial 3 months previously. Also been using the single visl for 3 + years. Just say it’s a system, supply issue, or IDK - don’t make stuff up.
