When I got home and noticed that it was the wrong dose of medication I called and asked her if she even ever listened to her voicemails, to which she responded “no”. She then said she could transfer the script to another pharmacy or mail it to me when I expressed I was irritated and upset with the entire situation because some people don’t make a ton of $ and can’t afford gas to go back and forth. Very unprofessional and the pharmacy techs are not very pleasant to converse with, as well. I’ve had nothing but issues each time I’ve filled here. 🤷🏼♀️
