I've called this stupid pharmacy 10 times today to try and call ahead to make sure they get my prescription ready and they won't answer. I get there and wait 15 minutes in line and guess what it hasn't been in the system yet? Are you kidding me? It was called in 7 hours ago! Switching pharmacists asap!!!!

John Colgrove and Dan Jones could care less about the employees being rude and disrespectful to us customers. He doesn't care that they don't say hi or help the customers. He even went so far as to try to intimidate me with his body language. It was disgusting and revolting for a regional president to conduct himself as such. An utter shame. Do not shop here! Do not reward bad behavior.
