They easily brushed off an issue I had, blaming it on a "national shortage", not the real issue, which was that one employee told me one thing, only then to return days later to a different excuse. No apology, no concern shown for my time... Just mediocre customer service and told essentially it's up to me to rectify the issue. I don't know if it's a need for more service oriented training, or more flexibility allowed to the individual departments; but the leaders of Albertsons should be stepping up. With so much competition in the space, I would hate to see Albertsons become a thing of the past because leadership forgot what matters most... the customer.
