Also unsettling that I can find my correct prescriptions and correct doses in their portal but for some reason none of the employees can. On the bright side one day they gave me 9 packets of birth control for some reason so i guess I'll be good on that for a while.

Text messages say my prescriptions will be put away 10 days after they are filled but I go in 5 days later and they're already put away and I have to wait for them to be filled again. They'll answer every phone call before helping someone in person. They'll skip the next person in line because apparently no one knows where the wait sign is. Sometimes they'll just stare at you uncomfortably. I had to walk away after a waiting crowd gathered with no one being helped at the counter and no semblance of a line. Very inefficient. Probably going to switch pharmacies.
