To top it off, when I went to pick up my prescription I was literally asked “do you want it today?” Enough was enough with this place so we have decided to move on.

This includes repeatedly not filling accurately prescriptions sent by physicians then blaming the doctors for the pharmacy’s poor preparedness and ability to fill what has been sent. We get notices that prescription are ready for pick up, then upon arrival on numerous occasions being told the scripts are not ready requiring 20-30 minute wait times. My family has been using the same pharmacy for 12 years but after today, we are switching to another pharmacy. Enough is enough.
