I was without medications for almost two weeks because insurance was insisting I had another insurance that ought to be paying, but after working with the pharmacy staff (Max, Autumn, and Heidi in particular), I was finally able to get my meds filled. Already my mind is clearer and I'm happier. This is in addition to them fielding my many calls every month (I had a provider who would forget to send in scripts, so I get worried I may go without). Anyway, they're all great people who will help you if you work with them. I'm grateful for their efforts in helping me stay healthy and, honestly, alive. Thank you guys.
