The feeling I get when I walk through the door is pure happiness, from the way I am greeted by the amazing staff to the welcome feeling I get from the members, it’s like coming home. I feel satisfied with every class, and am gaining muscle by leaps and bounds. There is a class for every person and skill level.

I like the structure of the classes that provide beginner classes (1.) as well as advanced beginner classes (1.5) and the ability to test into level 2.0 classes. The instructors are always ready to provide guidance if your movements need correction. They also suggest how to make the exercises more challenging if you feel up to it without pressure. And I love that there are women (and some men) of all ages and sizes. I've seen improvement in my abdomimal strength and an improvement in lower back pain. I'm working at mastering a 3 minute plank. At 79 years I'm no spring chicken so don't let age stop you! If you're considering starting an exercise program, I suggest you try Club Pilates.

App is so functional and easy to use, each class is different from one another, and the instructors are SO kind and immensely helpful!
