- TTTayaMar 30, 20261.0If I could rate with negative stars, I would. Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. The dentist was incredibly rude from the start, acting like I was an inconvenience just for being there. Didn’t bother explaining anything, brushed off my questions, and had a seriously bad attitude the entire time. When I asked him what my options were as far as payment for the care I need (insurance doesnt cover it) and he replied "Well I think I'll just dismiss you as a patient of mine and you can figure it out elsewhere" I wasn't rude, I didnt get upset...I just didnt know what kind of options were available to me...I dont understand why I was treated poorly. If you don’t like dealing with patients, maybe don’t be in this profession. I left feeling more irritated than helped, and definitely won’t be coming back. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else. **p.s this was only my 2nd visit there as a patient**
