  The best care! Everyone was very helpful ,caring and informative. I couldn't ask for anything better, they got me thru the process easily and ahead of schedule by 2hrs

  Waited about an hour alone in the exam room. No one bothered to come and check on me period. I opened the door to ask and the response was “no you’re not forgotten “. The worst was when the provider came in, she couldn’t be bothered. Was with me less than five minutes. Didn’t ask me any questions , not about my health history, etc. I felt like an inconvenience. I will never go back here.

  Went in at the end of the year for a stone. They could not get "approval" from the insurance for an xray, but that was a lied. They did, but didn't tell anyone, so I had to pay my deductible for the new year, when I found out that they did approve it. They make more money from you that way. I would have paid $75 vs $590

  I really liked waiting in line to check in to be seen at urgent care an hour before close and when it was my turn in line, they told me that they are no longer accepting patients there or any of their other locations. But hey! At least they had a nice hot pizza sitting on their table they get to enjoy! Right on
