  Great Dr's terrible follow up been trying to get ahold of them for over 2 weeks calling and leaving messages and leaving messages in my portal still no return calls or messages

  On multiple occasions I received phone calls and tex messages to call and schedule my yearly appointment. Each time I call they say it's too early to make the appointment. They were supposed to take me off the reminder system. Yet again on 11/15 I received a voicemail to make the appointment. I called and was on hold for 20 minutes and no one answered. I called the next day and again on hold 26 minutes with same result. I'm done with this office and transferred to another cardiology office, not with TIC!
