  Amazing experience. Left feeling refreshed and relaxed. The front desk staff, Miracle was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Our visit was definitely a good 1st impression.

  The staff was very friendly and enthusiastic about answering my questions and sharing all the options with me. The float session was amazing!! I can't wait to book again!

  Such an amazing studio!!! The team was super friendly and helpful, the space was beautiful, clean and had such thoughtful details. I love the variety of services they offered, will definitely be back to try everything!!

  The suana’s are really nice. There are showers in the room and the body wash smells amazing! 😆 There is also a cold plunge in the room as well, so you could go directly from sauna to shower to cold plunge, to shower again. You can connect to the sauna speakers via Bluetooth and not television, but I think it helps the experience! It’s really nice and I recommend.

  I tried a float session at Pause this morning and I’m already planning my next one. As someone who doesn’t love massages or a lot of interaction when I’m trying to relax, this was perfect. It’s quiet, private, and gives you space to actually slow down and decompress. Everything was set up so thoughtfully, and the staff were super helpful without being over the top or pretentious. Highly recommend for anyone needing to… pause life for an hour and just be.
