I went in to select a pair glasses and was dismissed the moment the sole person running the counter saw that I had medicaid. I was told to go to a different location as he claimed the computer system was foreign to him because he worked at the Ingersoll location. I felt dismissed and judged.

The staff are so courteous and Dr. Overton a charm. I can’t believe Dr. Overton remembered me three years prior… Wow, you are not a number but a person when you go to Whylie eyecare. Great selection and great service.

Worst customer service, they have gone straight down hill. I have not been treated like this ever. My wife and I got glasses at same time. The owner stated we had no co-pay, then we get a bill. When I go get glasses and was just going bite the bull and pay the receptionist gets calculator out and instead of the bill being what invoice says it is 75 dollars more. I find it hard to believe with the computers we now you calculator to figure out our bill. Especially since the sent us a invoice that was computer generated.

Todd, Jake and Dr Overton are the best. I worry about going blind but the whole staff works to make me comfortable and reassures me I can get thru any challenge. They help with my many adjustments and provide confidence on getting me eye glasses that fit and look good.
The whole office is enjoyable to work with and makes appointments and visits to the eye doctor better than ever.
Thanks Dr Overton for letting me see the world clearly. Todd, Thanks for adjusting my glasses whenever I need them even if it’s daily.

Sounds like the negatives described this thread are describing the Ingersoll location. Started going to the 35th st location in '05 when the Ingersoll location started going downhill. Nothing negative to report on the 30th st location yet.
