Horrible customer service, and an almost condescending attitude every time I go in. Inability to answer a phone, or return a call. Unable to properly exchange something, resulting in a bill 2 months later for something you were advised had been handled at no cost in the office. Then, the teeth pulling to get THEIR error corrected, while continually getting the blame for it.
The robo-calls are annoying - but after not answering 3 of them they start to do in person calls. Which are pointless. Ask them about the erroneous charges, and over-pricing, and they tell you to call someone else. They can't answer, can't transfer, and can't even give you a number or address to contact for the answer you are seeking.
The convenience of walking across the hall from the Pulmonology department is not worth the time, hassle, and cost all wasted dealing with this office.
