  worst patient care then i have ever had. couldnt give them a zero. over 2 months ago went through a at home sleep study. after doctor reviewed he told me 1 thing put something different on forms. requested a clinically study at that time. never heard anything called 2 weeks ago they finally called me today said couldnt do it till april now. the first i seen doctor the nurse told me i had sleep apnea no dought before i even took a test. you cant talk to anyone will have to call you an they never do. go anywhere else but here.

  Been a few weeks since my Primary care sent over orders for a lung biopsy. I’ve called several times, left messages and never get a returned call. What are we waiting for? It to spread? Seems like peoples lives should be a little important.

  DO NOT GO HERE! Dr. K. Guest has zero respect for your time and no sense of urgency. I waited over 95 min from my scheduled appointment ( not including the 20 min they have you arrive early) plus the additional 24 min in the exam room to be seen. All for what I was told was home sleep testing equipment pick up. She spoke to me for less then 5 min ( basically c confirmed everything I advised of via phone) and then said I have to schedule an appointment for testing equipment. ( which should of been what I was doing today) The Sleep center cant see my until 12/4 which is pointless since I am having surgery on the 28th of November and this was for that surgery. The Sleep center lady I spoke with was very rude and condescending and was frustrated by my frustration and showed zero empathy. As someone who works in customer service showing empathy is something that can smooth over a tough situation. There is a reason I avoid the Iowa Clinic Pulmonary department!
