  Dr. Pelzer is a knowledgeable, patient and fun pediatrician. Our first child has been going for several years now since they were a newborn and we just started taking our second to him as well. He uses play to make our child feel comfortable with him while he’s doing his checkups. Always listens to us and values our input as parents. Highly recommend him as a pediatrician.

  Great doctors who take ALL the time they need to help you get stuff figured out. I've never felt rushed if I have questions. They are a busy clinic because the doctors are great. If you need something same day, you might have to go to Urgent Care, but I've always been able to get in to one of the doctors within 2 days. I love that I can schedule appointments online. We regularly see Dr. Pelzer (who is simply wonderful with my children), but we've also seen Dr. Secory (who is also a wonderful doctor).

  We love Dr.Greenley! She has been amazing with my currently 3 month old daughter. She always reassures me that I’m doing a great job as a mom and listens to any questions we have, and answers them with great detail and makes sure we understand everything. Dr. Secory also saw us in the hospital after my daughter was born and we loved him as well! We’ve had a wonderful experience with everyone we have dealt with at TIC Peds!

  Dr. Pelzer is fantastic as a person and a physician for our son, wonderful bedside manner and very professional. His assistant is always very compassionate and informative, just as he. We have been going there from son's age 6 months to 15 months and look forward to the care we will receive in the future. Never have to wait long in the waiting room to get into our appointments. Easy check in online in the days before the appointment means just telling the receptionist you've arrived once you get there--seriously convenient with toddler in tow! My husband and I are so thankful for the recommendation to see this pediatrician upon moving to town. I am confident he will make you and your child/children feel at ease and be able to address any health concerns with knowledge and compassion.
