- KHK. Rochelle HarrisJan 27, 20261.0I unfortunately have a total of 3 Orthopedic providers from this group. Of the 3, the staff responsible for my back has been a nightmare to deal with! I appreciate the care of my actual surgeon, but the nurse appointed by them to follow-up must go! In each interaction, I'm belittled and feel harassed. It's pure anxiety dealing with this person. I'm patienty awaiting a call from the office manager ( will probably never happen)! I was so fed up yesterday, that I finally reached out to a competitor to take over. Patients deserve respect and courtesy; not unnecessary stress!
- KSKristen ShearerJul 22, 20251.0If you have time to sit in the waiting room for an hour after your appointment start time, this is the place for you. Both times the wait has been ridiculous, and I was told to arrive early to then sit and wait... and wait.... and wait... They also don't have waterproof casts like many other places do in the area. I have been to DMOS and Blank Children's Orthopedics and they are SO MUCH better. The only reason we ended up here is because of our Iowa Clinic Urgent Care referral. I highly recommend going somewhere else. Edit: The ATC that does the casts is really nice.
