  I absolutely love all the staff at the pt clinic. I have been struggling to heal from my foot surgery and they have been so helpful and making sure to tell me how proud they are of me and celebrate all my wins with me, big and small! Definitely have a good support system within the pt staff!

  The physical therapists are great...but their appointment/check in system is ridiculous. I have two appointments per week which are scheduled well in advance and every time you have to enter and confirm all of this basic information which is already on file in their system. Why? Can't they just ask me, "has anything changed with your information?" It's excessive getting blasted with texts and there should be an option to not have to go through that process every single time when you are going there a dozen times or more.

  Katie is a life-saver. I had been living with a shoulder dislocation and a fracture within the socket for almost 2 months. Went to Mayo and they found the source of pain. Katie was able to read the report, view the x-rays and pop it back in place on my next visit. We are now working on strengthening. Deb Franklin
