  Same issues as others. Scheduled ahead, told them I didn’t have insurance. They said it would be $150 to be seen and the rest would be billed. Showed up, didn’t know how to check me in and then told me I have to pay full amount. Had to cancel important appointment.

  I had an appt scheduled for MONTHS for a lung scan. They waited until the appt was 5 days away to ask my insurance co for authorization. Insurance co didn't respond in time so Ia Clinic canceled my appt. I'm a trucker, so getting home for appts can be a huge deal and they simply canceled it on me and told me to kick rocks. Why did they wait until FIVE days before the appt when they had MONTHS of time? I'll never use the Imaging dept here for any future test. This is inexcusable and I am livid. On a last note, many of their doctors are on the verge of incompetence. I've been wanting to get away from Unity Point/Ia Clinic anyway, so this is the push I needed. Garbage health care.

  Wonderful provider for yearly mammogram. Nice facility, great location. Less than two minute wait time. Friendly reception staff. Thorough, professional, caring mammography technologist. Quick test results.

  As usual, they tell you to be here at a certian time, then you end up waiting because the staff can't keep things moving.
