  Nurse Kaleen and Dr. Rice were great! I had exceptional care and they were very informative before and after my procedure.

  I was treated rudely by the manager. Gave a bunch of excuses of how busy they are. Very slow in response or no response at all. I can’t imagine starting a new ongoing relationship with staff that don’t seem to care. My husband went there to Ia clinic GI, but after my experience he will be switching to another facility as well. I’ve already spoken to the new facility and they treated me with dignity and respect and were glad to take me as a patient. Don’t settle for mediocre.

  They refuse to see any patient that has been seen by a gastroenterologist in the past 3 years. No 2nd opinions. If you’ve fired (so to speak) your current gastroenterologist, but have seen that doctor in the past 3 years (even if just for a med refill) they will not see you, whether you have a referral or not. No reason explained. Really kind of rude about it. Makes no sense!
