  My doctor from Pulmonary set me up an appointment with Gastrologist, earliest appointment I need to get in. Received a call from them telling me I could not see that Dr. And had to see the one I saw prior at which I do not care for. The secretary was so rude, I have a right to change doctors she told me no. Then put me on hold. Came back told me I could not get in right away and could not see that doctor he did not specialize in that. Then why would my doctor look it up and tell me about him and it would be okay. The secretary is very rude. I will Not be going back to that Gastrologist and I want that lady wrote up. This is the third bad experience at this clinic. Definitely an issue at the Iowa Clinic. Used to enjoy going there, after three bad experiences in a row, not recommending it to anyone.

  Injured my foot 3/23 very severely. Ask-A-nurse told me to go in 4/4 due to me being in pain still & answers from questions asked. They did an XRay but no MRI. Tried to send me home & said if it continues to hurt to come back(After already waiting over a week before coming in) The doctor got upset because I requested a boot or something that could help me walk. She stated I would have to pay $250 for a boot. I stated the price did not matter to me plus I had a medical debit card. The doctor stated VERY rudely(In front of the nurse that was assisting me) “Well we don’t do that here” Not understanding why FSA card wouldn’t be accepted when its specifically for DR BILLS/APPOINTMENTS/ANYTHING TO DO WITH MEDICAL. I had went to a different doctor for foot and they were disgusted with how I was treated and shocked no MRI was done. They informed me how they’ve heard so many bad things about them & I was referred to an Ortho. ( Thank God for them)I also went in weeks before that & after a week of waiting for a callback, I called in & they informed me they lost my results & they would give me a credit for my next visit & it would be noted in my files. To no surprise when I went in & asked no one knew anything no notes on file nothing. My least favorite place to go. They really show you that how much you don’t matter to them.

  Dr. Stitt-Cox and Bethany deCoster have been my providers for 7 years. They have consistently gone above and beyond what was expected. I've been in healthcare all my adult life. I'm very particular about my healthcare. These women ALWAYS have exceeded my expectations. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
